Currently, with the aim of research and development and synergy of experiences, the design and engineering group of SG1TECH has merged with the engineering unit of Klass Company. With access to the latest design software, it is capable of designing various sizes and capacities of water tube boilers for both power plants and industrial applications. In the list of activities of the specialists in this group, there is a wide range of units for various gas turbine models from different brands, including H25, Zoriya, SIEMENS SGT-400, SIEMENS SGT-600, MAPNA MGT-40, GE-F5, GE-F6, and others.

Notable achievements in this field include the design and construction of a 120-ton per hour water tube boiler for the Bidboland Persian Gulf Gas Refinery, a 120-ton per hour boiler for Zarand Iranian Steel Company, HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) boilers for the Shiraz Petrochemical Utility Complex (3 units), Bushehr Petrochemical (1 unit), Abadan Oil Refinery (5 units), Tabriz Oil Refinery (2 units), Tehran Oil Refinery (4 units), and several other projects.

    Mechanical design and issuance of fabrication drawings for tanks, reservoirs, and separators.
    Creation of 3D models using Tekla and PDMS software.
    Preparation of POS (Purchase Order Specifications) for boilers and auxiliary equipment.

  • Engineering and Equipment Supply Services:
    Review of tender documents and conducting clarification correspondence.
    Providing feasibility study (FS) proposals for energy sector projects.
    Preliminary design, preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials), and cost estimation for manufacturing and procurement.
    Preparation of technical documents required for attachment to the technical proposal (GA, PID, etc.).
    Attendance at technical meetings with the client.

 

  • Project Consulting and Supervision:
    Obtaining design approval from foreign companies.
    Performing top-level supervision, project coordination, and review and approval of boiler documentation.
    Troubleshooting of boilers and providing corrective methods.
    Management, consulting, and supervision of outsourced equipment manufacturing.

 

  • Equipment Supply:
    Supply of main power plant equipment.
    Supply of boiler packages and auxiliary parts from foreign companies.
    Supply of steam turbines, gearboxes, generators, and ACC (Air Cooled Condensers).
    Supply of Fired Heaters.
    Design, supply, and commissioning of control systems.
    Supply of various auxiliary equipment such as valves, pumps, pipes, sampling systems, diverter dampers, and other items.

 

  • Boiler and HRSG repairs and troubleshooting, providing solutions to resolve defects for optimal operation and efficiency improvement of the units.

Given that boilers and HRSG units in power plants and industrial settings have recently faced issues due to factors such as high operational hours, long service periods, and problems like increased fuel consumption, wear of diverter dampers, inefficient hydraulic systems, outdated control systems, instrumentation, and monitoring, overheating of the boiler body and auxiliary components, operating these units has led to turbine shutdowns, production loss, increased maintenance costs, and challenges for operators.
